HOW HRVG RECRUITS
A Structured, Transparent and Inclusive Process
HRVG engages qualified professionals, consultants and community volunteers to advance our mission. We follow a fair, merit-based and safeguarding-focused recruitment process to ensure the right people join our team and volunteer network.
Dr. Josephine Stegeman, President and Global Executive Director, extends a warm welcome to every applicant and volunteer considering an opportunity to serve, contribute, and grow with HRVG.
At Human Rights Vision Group, meaningful engagement begins with community outreach, connecting with individuals who share our commitment to human dignity, service, inclusion, accountability, and lasting community impact.
Interested candidates and volunteers are invited to complete an application outlining their experience, interests, skills, and the areas in which they hope to contribute. Each application then moves through an assessment and screening process. This process helps HRVG support responsible placement, safeguarding, accountability, and alignment with our mission, values, and organizational standards.
Selected participants proceed to orientation and training, where they are introduced to HRVG policies, safeguarding principles, professional expectations, program responsibilities, and the communities they may serve. Following successful completion of the required process, individuals may be assigned to appropriate programs, projects, or community initiatives based on organizational needs, qualifications, experience, and readiness.
Our commitment continues beyond placement. HRVG maintains ongoing engagement through communication, supervision, learning opportunities, performance support, and continued connection with our global community. We believe that meaningful service requires more than participation. It requires integrity, responsibility, respect, and a shared commitment to the dignity and well-being of others.
At every stage of the HRVG engagement process, our approach is guided by dignity, integrity, accountability, inclusion, safeguarding, and respect for the people and communities we serve.
To every applicant and volunteer considering this journey with us, we thank you for your interest in contributing your time, knowledge, skills, and experience toward meaningful service.
Thank you for your time, your patience, and your interest in Human Rights Vision Group. If you have questions or require additional information, please contact Human Rights Vision Group at contact@hrvgroup.org. We look forward to hearing from you.
